Return Policy

All sales are final on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).  

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Once delivered the customer has 3 days to notify Vertical PPE DBA Group Vertical of any issues with the order.  All sales are final.  In the event of damaged or incorrectly sent goods Vertical PPE DBA Group Vertical will exchange and cover the cost of shipping the incorrect item back and the new item to the customer.  All refunds are at the discretion of Vertical PPE DBA Group Vertical.

Shipping Policy

Orders can only be shipped once payment has been received and confirmed. Vertical PPE ships daily Monday through Friday (excluding national US holidays) from our secure warehouses in the United States.  If your order is not placed by our daily cut-off time (2pm EST), we cannot offer same day shipping. Back ordered items will ship free when it is back in stock with the most economical shipment method unless you specifically ask for a certain shipping method.
